Wie funktioniert das?
Am Anfang von jedem neuen Sendungslogbuch steht eine leere Verteilerliste (D-Liste). Zu Beginn jeder Sendung bestimmen Sie die Personen, die dann in die Verteilerliste aufgenommen werden. Jeder kann wählen, ob wir die Statusinformationen per SMS oder E-Mail übermitteln sollen. Sobald neue Einträge in dem Logbuch gespeichert werden, wird zeitgleich an alle Einträge in der Verteilerliste die aktuelle Information gesendet.
