V-One can transmit real-time consignment progress reports and log updates to your selected group of people, automatically and simultaneously via sms messaging or e-mail.
How do the group updates work?
Each new consignment log opens with a blank distribution list (d-list). At the beginning of each shipment you select who you'd like to include on the d-list. Each list member can select whether they receive updates via SMS or E-Mail. Each time an entry is completed in the consignment log each person on the list is sent the data simultaneously.
